GDPR and You – A Cranfield University Seminar

Last month on Wednesday 6^th December, Total Group Director Nathan Stewart, spoke at the GDPR and You seminar which was hosted at the Cranfield Innovation Centre. The event was delivered in partnership with Cranfield University, South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership (SEMLEP), and Central Bedfordshire Council.

The aim of the seminar was to teach local growing businesses about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) what it is, what it means for your business, and what you must do in preparation. Nathan covered a vast area of the GDPR and was delighted to answer a variety of questions that tackled grey areas of the legislation. The talk was a great opportunity for Nathan to connect with local businesses and inform them about how important it is to be ready for GDPR.
