We would like to introduce you to Natalie Crowie, our new Helpdesk team administrator.
Natalie has already got stuck into improving our response speeds and customer communications. She has introduced automatic ticket allocation numbers (immediately sent to you should you email firstname.lastname@example.org to log your issue) Once your ticket has been allocated to the appropriate engineer, you will receive another email communication letting you know work is underway.
She is also working on customer approval forms to ensure tasks such as creating a new mailbox or deleting an old one, are carried out exactly to your specific instruction.
Natalie is enthusiastic to improve our overall customer experience, so please do make sure that you use our ‘smileback’ feature when your call has been closed as Natalie will be avidly monitoring.
