Case Study: Hertfordshire Council

About the Project:

Hertfordshire County council has a net revenue budget of around £818m a year (excluding direct school funding), it represents just under 1.2 million residents and delivers a range of vital services through its 8,000 staff.

Works:

Total Group provided a hybrid cloud solution with integration into existing help desk services for user-level 3 engineering and above and server level IT management. We replaced some in-house servers including active directories and synchronised directories to Microsoft Azure.
The project achieved a seamless migration and transition to new cloud services, and we supported internal teams with the end user journey. The project was issue-free.
