How many devices? (PCs and Macs)

Prices exclude VAT. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Direct Debit on this page. Per PC prices include one user's licences for per-user services (MFA, email security, Microsoft 365 backup). Extra users on the same PC are charged per user. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately.

What is the difference between Protect, Manage, Infinity and Infinity Plus?

Protect gives every PC unlimited help desk support with security, backup and Cyber Essentials built in. Manage adds full management of your IT and Microsoft 365, plus a 24/7 staffed security operations centre. Infinity is your complete IT department as one subscription, including our standard network kit, business phones and Cyber Essentials Plus. Infinity Plus adds a new device every four years and hot spare swaps.

Are your IT support packages fixed price?

Yes. Every package is a fixed monthly price per PC, so you know what IT will cost each month. Projects and new equipment are quoted separately before any work starts.

Can we change package later?

Yes. You can move between packages as your business grows or your needs change.
