The Challenge
The firm was struggling with an existing cloud desktop solution that failed to meet their performance and functional requirements. They needed a new solution that would provide a fast, fully supported user experience while retaining a scalable, low-risk cloud approach.
What We Did
Total Group designed, installed and managed a new Hybrid cloud system for Understanding Recruitment. This system integrated Microsoft Office 365 with ongoing PRO support, significantly enhancing the firm’s IT capabilities. We migrated date from the previously hosted desktop solutions to a local server with cloud replication. This increased the bandwidth to content from 6MB to 1000MB whilst retaining the offsite cloud redundancy.

They have suffered zero downtime in 2 years and have doubled in size during this time.
