The Someries Castle is a listed building. Built in 1330, it was the first brick building in England. Located at Someries,, 81 Someries Cottages, Someries, Luton LU2 9PL. It once contained 25 rooms, 23 hearths, a gatehouse, a chapel and a garden. Today, only the gatehouse and a chapel remain, as well as the castle's remains. The chapel is 16m x 5m and is decorated with a Perpendicular Gothic window.
