For most small and medium businesses Microsoft 365 Business Premium is the right choice, because it includes Intune device management, Defender and conditional access. Business Standard is popular with smaller businesses, but it has no Microsoft Entra ID P1 or Intune, so there is no conditional access or device compliance, which leaves identity, security and compliance hard to control. We will recommend the right mix for each role, so people who only need email do not pay for desktop apps.
Not fully. Microsoft provides the tools, but many important protections are switched off or left open by default. Setting them up correctly, and keeping them that way, is exactly what our management service does.
