What we do

How your business talks to customers, and to itself, now runs over the internet. The traditional phone network is being switched off, teams work from the office, home and on the road, and every call, meeting and file depends on a fast, reliable connection. We bring it together so it is simple, secure and supported.

How it works

  1. 1Review

We look at your lines, numbers, contracts, phones and how calls flow today, and find what to keep, what to move and what is costing too much.

  2. 2Design

We design the right mix of connectivity, phone system and Teams calling for each site and each team.

  3. 3Move

We port your numbers, install lines and equipment and switch over with no lost calls.

  4. 4Support

One team supports the whole thing, so you never get passed between your broadband, phone and IT providers.

Ready for the PSTN switch-off?

Openreach is retiring the traditional phone network on 31 January 2027. Phone lines, alarms, card machines and lift lines that still use it need to move to digital before then. We will check what you have and plan the move so nothing stops working.

Questions and answers

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. In almost all cases your existing numbers move with you to the new phone system or to Microsoft Teams calling.

Should we use a VoIP phone system or Teams calling?

If your people already live in Microsoft Teams, Teams calling keeps everything in one app. If you need call centre features, receptionist consoles or desk phones everywhere, a dedicated VoIP phone system is often the better fit. We will recommend the right one, or a mix.

What happens when the PSTN is switched off?

Traditional analogue and ISDN lines stop working. Anything that still uses them, including phone lines, some alarms, card machines and lift lines, needs to move to a digital service before 31 January 2027.

Do you support home workers?

Yes. Calls, Teams, files and business apps work securely from home, with the same support as in the office.

Can you provide a backup internet connection?

Yes. A second connection, such as a separate fibre line or 4G or 5G backup, keeps you working if the main line fails.
