Professional management is £6.00 per user per month plus VAT. Email threat protection (£2.25) and multi-factor authentication (from £7.00) are required on every account we manage. Microsoft licences, backup and archiving are priced per user on top, and 24/7 security monitoring is priced per tenant. The calculator on this page adds it all up.
Yes. We will not manage a Microsoft 365 tenant unless every account has email threat protection and multi-factor authentication, because without them a single phishing email or stolen password can undo everything else we do. If you already have both, tell us in the calculator: we check them when you join and only recommend ours if they fall short.

Yes. To manage Microsoft 365 properly we need administrator access, with every admin account protected by multi-factor authentication. Your own admin access stays in place and every change we make is logged.
