Copilot brings AI into Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - grounded in your own work data. We make sure it only sees what each person should, license it cost-effectively and get your team using it well.

Our own business runs on AI assistants and private agents. We deploy what we use every day.
Every rollout starts with permissions, testing and monitoring - so AI only sees what it should.
Business plans, local models and on-premise options keep your data out of other people's training sets.
We can coach your team to do it, or implement it quickly and support it for you.
Summarise long email threads and Teams chats, and draft replies in seconds.
Create, rewrite and polish proposals, reports and presentations in Word and PowerPoint.
Ask questions of spreadsheets in Excel and get summaries, trends and scenarios.
Meeting recaps, action lists and catch-ups across files, chats and calls.
Copilot respects your existing Microsoft 365 permissions and does not use your data to train Microsoft's foundation models. That is good news - and a warning. If a SharePoint site, Teams channel or OneDrive folder is shared too widely today, Copilot will happily surface it tomorrow.
Our Copilot readiness work reviews sharing across SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, removes "everyone" access, applies sensitivity labels and data loss prevention where they matter, and checks the Microsoft 365 security baseline - so you switch Copilot on with confidence.
Microsoft Secure Score measures how well your Microsoft 365 tenant is protected, from MFA and admin roles to sharing, devices and email. A score of around 80% has long been the recommended level before switching on new capability. In our experience, most UK businesses sit closer to 40%.
Copilot does not lower that risk; it works with whatever is already there. So we raise your Secure Score to recommended levels first, then keep it there with Secure Score as a Service: your policies and controls are monitored every month, so drift is caught and fixed before it becomes a Copilot problem. It is a core part of AI Readiness for Microsoft 365.
Data security is only half of it. Most businesses have no cost guardrails across the same blast radius AI can reach: every mailbox, site, file store and service its permissions cover. Access is also usually set far higher than the task needs, which widens that blast radius and multiplies the risk. We right-size AI permissions to the job and put spend limits and alerts in place before anything is switched on.
Prices exclude VAT. Every plan starts with a readiness check so AI is switched on securely.
Best for: Every Copilot rollout
Best for: New and existing clients
Best for: Existing Business Premium clients
Permissions, labels and security baseline reviewed and fixed.
A small group of champions tests Copilot on real work.
The right mix of licences for each role - no paying for unused seats.
Role-based training and prompt libraries for each team.
Usage and time-saved reporting, then expand where it pays back.
Connecting AI to your business systems has never been easier. Ready-made connectors, MCP servers and one-click integrations mean anyone in your team can link an AI tool to email, files, cloud storage or line-of-business apps in minutes.
That ease does nothing to reduce the cost or the data privacy risk. An AI tool connected without guardrails can read data it should never see, send it somewhere you have not approved, and run up cloud bills nobody signed off. The liability sits with your business, not with the AI vendor.
It only takes one prompt"I just asked AI to search the internet and download cat videos. I didn't know there were 20 million of them, and our Azure storage went up 1,000x overnight."
Is your board happy to pay the bill?
Before any AI connection goes live, your board should know what it can access, what it could cost and who carries the liability. AI Readiness Core checks exactly that for the system you want to connect, including a cost guardrail review.
Copilot surfaces whatever a user can reach, so the data protection, device management and advanced security in Business Premium are what keep it safe. We deploy Copilot as part of Business Premium - either as a combined licence or as an add-on to Business Premium you already have.
No. Microsoft states that prompts, responses and data accessed through Microsoft Graph are not used to train its foundation models, and Copilot works within your existing permissions and compliance settings.
Rarely. We usually start with the roles that write, meet and analyse most, measure the time saved, then expand.
Copilot is strongest inside Microsoft 365 apps; Claude excels at long documents, analysis, coding and working with files and tools. Many clients use both - we help you choose per team.
Tell us what you want AI to do for you and we will show you the safest, quickest way to get there - no obligation.
