Frequently asked questions

What is an email blacklist?

An email blacklist (DNSBL) is a list of IP addresses and domains known to send spam. If your mail server is listed, many recipients will reject or junk your email.

How do I get removed from a blacklist?

Find and fix the cause first, such as a compromised account, an infected device or an open relay, then request delisting from the list owner. Most lists remove you automatically once the spam stops.
